Every piece of furniture we offer is crafted in Poland using carefully selected materials and manufactured to the highest standards. Before your order leaves our warehouse, it is thoroughly inspected to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

For your peace of mind, all of our furniture is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

What's Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects that may occur despite our strict quality control process.

This includes issues relating to:

Structural frame defects
Manufacturing faults
Defective materials
Faulty workmanship
Mechanical components supplied by the manufacturer

Please note that the warranty applies only when the furniture has been used under normal domestic conditions and cared for according to our care recommendations.

What's Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Improper use or misuse
Incorrect assembly or modifications
Damage caused during relocation
Exposure to excessive moisture, heat or direct sunlight
Natural variations in fabric, leather or wood

These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.
