Most of our furniture is made to order. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on the product and your location.
Yes. We offer delivery across Ireland. Some remote areas may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your address, we'll let you know shortly after your order is placed.
Yes, standard delivery is free throughout Ireland. Additional charges may apply only for certain remote locations or optional services such as in-home delivery.
Yes. You can amend or cancel your order free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, as your furniture is made specifically for you.
Furniture from our Standard Fabric collections can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. A collection fee applies. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Yes. All of our furniture is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.
Our furniture is proudly crafted in Poland using high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship.
Before placing your order, please measure your doorways, hallways and staircases to ensure your furniture can be delivered safely. We recommend allowing at least 75 cm of clearance. Visit our Buying Guide for more helpful advice.
Yes. Many of our furniture collections are available in a wide range of fabrics and colours, allowing you to customise your order to suit your home.
Simply contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue and a few photographs. We'll review your claim and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
