Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MAN Prestige Interiors. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

MAN Prestige Interiors specialises in handcrafted furniture made in Poland and delivered throughout Ireland.

Our collection includes sofas, corner sofas, sofa beds, beds, armchairs and ottomans manufactured by carefully selected European furniture makers.

2. Orders

When you place an order, it is considered a request to purchase a product.

Once your order has been received, we will contact you on the next working day to confirm:

  • product details

  • colour selection

  • delivery information

  • estimated production time

  • any optional services

Your order will only proceed to production after confirmation.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery within Ireland is included unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment methods available during checkout may include:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Other secure payment methods available on the website.

Orders are processed once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We offer free delivery throughout Ireland.

A small surcharge may apply for very remote locations. If this affects your address, we will contact you within 48 hours before arranging delivery.

Standard delivery is to your front door only.

If you require delivery inside your property or to a specific room, this service can be arranged for an additional charge.

Please ensure that two adults are available to receive and move the furniture inside the property on the day of delivery.

6. Access Requirements

Before placing your order, please measure all access points including:

  • front doors

  • hallways

  • staircases

  • internal doors

Furniture is delivered in separate packages, but sufficient clearance is required to safely move the items into your home.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the furniture can be delivered to the intended room.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your delivery while the driver is present.

If any packaging appears damaged, you may:

  • refuse delivery; or

  • accept the delivery and clearly mark "Damaged" beside your signature.

Photographs should be taken immediately and sent to us as soon as possible.

Once the delivery has been signed for without any comments, the goods will be considered received in good condition.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins.

If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible, or charges may apply depending on the manufacturing stage.

9. Returns

Standard fabric products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • be in their original condition

  • be returned with all original packaging where possible

A €149 collection fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been inspected.

Made-to-order or customised furniture cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

10. Warranty

All furniture supplied by MAN Prestige Interiors includes a 24-month manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • accidental damage

  • misuse

  • improper assembly

  • damage caused by incorrect cleaning or maintenance

11. Product Information

We make every effort to display colours and fabrics accurately.

Due to monitor settings and natural characteristics of upholstery materials, slight variations in colour and texture may occur.

Dimensions are approximate and small manufacturing tolerances may apply.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

Nothing within these Terms excludes any statutory consumer rights under Irish law.
