We offer free delivery across Ireland on all of our furniture. Every piece is made to order and carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Standard delivery takes approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on the product you choose. Our standard delivery service includes delivery to your front door. If you require delivery inside your home, our team will be happy to discuss the available options before your order is dispatched.

Please note that deliveries to certain remote areas may incur an additional charge. If this applies to your address, a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order.

Before placing your order, we recommend checking that your furniture can be delivered safely into your home. Please measure your front door, hallways, staircases and any internal doorways to ensure there is enough space for the delivery.

Our sofas are delivered in separate boxes rather than fully assembled, making access easier. However, we recommend allowing a minimum clearance of 75 cm through all access points.

If you're unsure whether your chosen furniture will fit, our team will be happy to help before you place your order.
On Delivery Day
Check all packages before signing
Take photos if damage is visible
Sign as "Damaged" if accepting the delivery
Contact us as soon as possible
When your furniture arrives, please inspect the packaging carefully before signing for your delivery. If you notice any visible damage, either refuse the delivery or sign the delivery note as "Damaged" before accepting the goods.

We also recommend taking photographs of any damage and contacting us as soon as possible. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and arrange the best possible solution.

We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we aim to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Before Production Begins
As all of our furniture is made to order, you'll have the opportunity to review your order before production starts. A member of our team will contact you on the next working day to confirm your order details.
Until production begins, you can make changes or cancel your order completely, free of charge, and receive a full refund of your deposit.

After Delivery
If you've ordered furniture from one of our Standard Fabric collections and decide it's not the right fit for your home, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
​
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for collection.
A €149 collection fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of collecting the furniture.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
